If your Hitzem frame fails under warranty, we offer unlimited replacements within 90 days from the date of purchase. The Hitzem warranty is only valid when used with Hitzem nets. Frames should not be left outside overnight as snaps may rust. Hitzem frames that are determined by WSI to have been
used with other products will not be covered under warranty. Frames that are altered in any way or are damaged from misuse will not be covered under the warranty. If WSI agrees that your Hitzem frame is defective and is covered under the warranty it will be replaced in its sole discretion with a new frame of equal value. No refunds will be given as a result of a warranty claim.
WSI reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in the sole discretion of WSI, abuses the warranty policy.
WSI requires an original or a copy of the original receipt when submitting a warranty request.
The receipt must show the date of purchase. If you do not have a receipt WSI will not offer you a warranty. Warranties are offered solely by WSI.
